From what I understand, I feel like embracing the metaphysical should be fun not scary or cause stress you can lose headmates. If there is another person/system saying all this horrible stuff will happen to you in another world, that could be abusive/manipulative. If there isn't another system/person that you know of, then the solution may be more straightforward. I can't see why you can't install safeties to protect your headmates. For instance, if something bad happens and your headmate is scared, they can warp home safely whenever they want to.

They attack us absolutely everywhere that's the problem I was looking for chats and servers for funsies and along with finding information to break devices and things litered everywhere because the corpse was given sentience than like a bunch of specific members they were trapped in me

How so? I have defenses built so well people on the outside aren't that much capable of harming anybody besides me because I am a physical body.

Yeah I do need help with that I take down enemies but I also struggle with some defenses I finally managed to find some mind ones these triangles hollow triangles

Pretty much the same but I am sort of apart of the plane in terms of its defenses to protect me from outer attacks which are just as bad when I was connected to THE astral not the speed origins one

I would like to learn these rules, whether they're as rigid as you need a sigil to as loose as you can create whatever you want. I suspect a metaphysical realm shouldn't be too different from a wonderland. Tulpamancers have full control of their wonderlands, I bet we can help you figure out how to achieve something similar

if you make a pocket plane inside of the astral plane, your enemies will be able to use their astral powers inside of your plane to ender the pocket plane
